No, each profile will be under the supervision of the profile owner, and therefore he or she is legally responsible for his or her own profile page. We scan profiles for sexual pictures, child porn or any other kind of abuse. If we consider a profile owner to disrespect the rules on his or her profile, we uphold the right to block or delete the profile. We also have the possibility to block a user’s IP number, so that he is no longer able to access Footballmates.com. Footballmates.com is not responsible for links to, for instance, porn websites or other abuse in URLs or links. The profile owner is legally responsible for his or her profile content so Footballmates.com cannot be sued by a profile owner.
